May need lumbar roll: Sitting is 4x your body weight across the lower back. Getting out of chair after 30 -45 minutes for a few minutes can help as can placing a rolled towel in the small of your back if there is no seat lumbar support. Also try seat adjustments in terms chair height & use a high back chair with arm supports. Regular exercise, weight control and not smoking if a smoker will also make a difference.
