i've had a sharp pain, lower right in front, just 2 or 3 inches above the beltline. it's happened 3 or 4 times in the last week and lasts 10-60 sec. ?

Many possibilities: Sharp pain only may be due to muscle strain or an inguinal hernia.  It doesn't sound like you have appendicitis, as you'd be more ill.  Other causes of pain there include intussusception, Crohn's disease, etc.  Your doctor can take a more thorough history and perform the needed testing, perhaps starting with an ultrasound.

bump on my lower back for over 30 years have seen doctors over the years. my pp doctor said the bump is removable not worries bump has gotten bigger one time it got smaller now it big again and the color have changed the bump right under my beltline?

: That is either a lipoma or a cyst and it's benign.

Go see your doc!!: You need to see your doctor/family doctor/Pediatrician. 
He/she needs to exam you and you may need to be tested (blood, urine,  or vaginal cultures) and might need medication.  You could go buy a 5 dollar urine pregnancy test kit before you see your doctor.

have sporadic lower right back pain at belt line. sometimes it radiates to right front at/or below belt line. sometimes notice it when i move. is it common fir pain to radiate to front? seems to be on belt line or below. dull ache.

If back pain is: caused by rib pain, the pain can travel along the nerve of the rib to the front.  We see this with rib bruises and fractures.  Sprains or strains of the connective tissue can also cause radiating pain.  Shingles can do this too although the pain may precede the appearance of the rash.  Of course, any unexplained pain that persists should be checked out by a doctor.

See doctor: To find out the cause, you need to be examined directly by your doctor . I suspect that this is more likely musculoskeletal but one needs to rule out a hernia as well.

Need more history: We need to know further details: such as, what is your age? How long have you had abdominal pains that you have described. if this pain has been there for more than one week and does not see to subside, then you need to go see your doctor for a physical examination to determine the cause and mange your problem after checking you and running some tests.

Front? back? hip?: It kinda depends on where you have the lump. If in your groin you could be talking about a hernia.  If higher up on the belt line, it may just be a lump in your skin which could be a benign cyst or benign fatty tumor. Hard to eval over the computer.  Try to get in and see someone so they can examine you.

Petechiae: This can be caused by several factors including capillary fragility, decreased numbers of platelets, inflammation of the smaller blood vessels, etc. You need to see a doctor to have this properly evaluated. Good luck.

Compression: Neuritis. Something is irritating nerves in your lower back and gluteal area. I advise a comprehensive phsical examination and basic xrays/ct scan of the ls spine. You can try using tylenol (acetaminophen) f you are not allergic.Avoid advil or aleve- these may worsen your gastriris. You must be evaluated with a physical exam and blood/urine studies.
