Stomach flu, food poisoning, other infections, etc., can also cause pain.

Have you tried any medications? Did they work? Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc? Has anyone done any studies? If it is not too bad you can schedule an appt with your md.  If severe, go to er.
