E.R. checks appendix: Lower abdominal pain can be from many things. For right lower pain, appendicitis is always a concern (pain usually worsens over time, with fever coming on). If one is constipated for several days, stool can back up and cause pressure or pain. Gallstones and kidney stones can also cause pain, as can tumors, ovary problems, etc... The Emergency Room doctor can check, but somebody else should drive.

i'm only experiencing lower abdominal pain near bladder area with no other symptoms of uti can it be due to gastrointestinal or other diseases. or is it related to some bladder infection.the pain increases while sneezing or coughing. and while i sit?

Many possibilities: Lower abdominal pain can be from many things. For right lower pain, appendicitis is always a concern (pain usually worsens over time, with fever coming on). If very constipated, stool can back up and cause pain usually on the left. Bladder, ovary, and fallopian tube problems can cause pain in the pelvis where the bladder is. Bladder infections happen to many women, so her doctor will check for it.

Maybe muscle: There can be a lot of reasons. It could be the abdominal muscle, it could be an internal abdominal problem, it could be a hernia. You need to discuss this with your physician

Go to the ER: If you are having severe abdominal pain you need to be seen right away. Your symptoms suggest peritoneal irritation which can be caused by a number of things, appendicitis is one. Could be related to ovaries... Hard to know without an exam and proper testing. Get seen immediately.

Abdominal pain: The pain described has the characteristics of pleural origin, it could be from the bottom of the lung covering irritated what is called pleuracy.  It could be from the irritation of the diaphragm or heart lining tissue and muscles. Having said all these based on the history, you need physical to narrow down the diagnosis. Get it checked out if problem persist.

You may  have: strained abdominal musculature. Can try NSAID or tylenol (acetaminophen) as well as heat.

Regardless : Regardless of the cause "unbearable" abdominal pain warrants an investigation. Even though you think you may not have appendicits you very well could. Free fluid in the abdomen can cause this pain from a ruptured appendix as well as the infection that accompanies it. Other possible causes are diverticulitis and even something as simple as a urine infection.
If you have not done so already please see your doctor for evaluation and testing.

LLQ pain on coughing: May be from constipation, diverticulitis( pain on pressing?), ovaries/vagina( discharge? ovulation?pain on pressing?). Sometime musculoskeletal if very active or hernia Would make sure not constipated and then consider possible CT if persists and you are not pregnant f/u w/ doc

can a 3 months c section incision get infected? i am 3 months post c section and my incision being really itchy. and i still have lower abdomen pain and bit sore. and a bit pain when i sneeze?

: What you describe does not seem like infection. If there is no redness or swelling on the scar use baby oil gently and use some type of abdominal support and local dry heat. If not better in a few days see your OBGyn.Hope you feel better
