If you are unaware that you are not coping well with your troubles or good fortune either way your abdomen will let you know.  Meditation is quite helpful as well as insight and a routine exercise schedule.  Avoid drugs that slow the gut such as valium, pain pills or smoking.Carbonated drinks contribute to bloating also.

There are lots of reasons for gassiness & bloating, & not all of them are due to the GI tract. Even "functional" syndromes may be present without underlying "disease." however psbo (paralyzed gut) due to metabolic & inflammatory conditions nearby (like an untreated infection of gyne or urinary tract) must be considered. See doctor, esp. If no relief from otc simethicone, beano, & dietary changes.

For constipation, i suggest two regimens: for acute treatment you can try magnesium oxide or milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) (over the counter). For chronic treatment, higher fiber sources (psyllium husk, flax seed or chia seed powder, konjac starch) & green/leafy vegetables help. Drink plenty of water & adequate amount of probiotics (yogurt or the capsules) to avoid bloating. For treatment of bloating, try gasx.

If the pain is severe and there is accompanying nausea,vomiting,and/or fever I would see your doctor or go to Urgent Care or and ER as soon as possible to rule out appendicitis which will need urgent surgery.If the pain is mild with the bloating,it could be something such as gas in your colon causing discomfort,or constipation can cause this as well.Increased fiber or probiotics can help these.

Your problem is likely the consumption of raw edamame, a food that typically causes bloating when eaten raw.  It should resolve in a day or so.  Also there are many effective anti-gas OTC agents, e.g.Bean-O.

We need to know what medications any you are taking and for what condition.Are you on thyroid replacement therapy.
I will suggest you consult your Primary Care Doctor for the back injury and the abdominal Complain and find out what is causing it

Constipation can cause the symptoms you describe. The gurgling sensation is often the movement of the intestines as the fecal matter is being moved. Gas can also cause that sensation. There are over the counter remedies for constipation. Adding more fiber to your diet and drinking more fluids will help. Exercising also helps. If it continues, or you develop abdominal pain, see your doctor.

The heart is like a ship in the ocean, buffeted by hormones secreted when things go wrong.  That is probably causing your palpitations.  The bloating may be pressing on your diaphragm causing the difficulty breathing.  This does not seem to be a heart problem, but it is always prudent to have your heart checked.
