A few things: For constipation, i suggest two regimens: for acute treatment you can try magnesium oxide or milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) (over the counter). For chronic treatment, higher fiber sources (psyllium husk, flax seed or chia seed powder, konjac starch) & green/leafy vegetables help. Drink plenty of water & adequate amount of probiotics (yogurt or the capsules) to avoid bloating. For treatment of bloating, try gasx.
