Neutropenia : Low neutrophils: Deficiency of vitamin B12, folate or copper, inflammatory arthritis, cancer, immune problems, infections, Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, medicines, or idiopathic (we don't know). So high lymphocytes can be relative to the  low neutrophils. High lymphocytes; which one is high? can be from infections, cancer, allergies, inflammation.  Your doctor can see the entire picture.

Depends: Not enough information to answer definitively. Elevated neutrophils (neutrophilia) can be from a variety of causes including infection (especially bacterial), inflammation (eg rheumatoid arthritis, etc), or steroids (demarginate neutrophils from tissue to blood).

Your CBC: It's good that you're interested in your bloodwork, and nobody here can diagnose you or even say whether illness is present without more data, beginning with "How do you feel?" WBC absolute counts fluctuate wildly even from hour to hour. The best course may just be to repeat the count. Absolute neuts &amp;/or lymphs below 1000 are worrisome but there's no danger until much lower levels.

How high is WBC: Depending on how high the WBC is, the findings are suggestive of an infection most likely a viral one. However rarely can a diagnosis  be made with just blood test results alone.

Demand explanation: There are hundreds of causes of anemia. It is your right to demand to know why, from your physician. We can't tell without the information that he/she should have or should obtain. The percentages mean nothing in the absence of absolute counts; even if one of the absolute counts is a little bit out of the reference range, ti's probably not a concern.
