Overall yes : It is always better to interpret results in a clinical context, ie if u are sick or not. Your neutrophils, anc, and WBC look good. To interpret the retic count it would be useful to know the hemoglobin and if there is bleeding or underlying blood disease. Overall your blood work looks good though !

~2-7%: This would be high for anyone else, but it's usual for new babies who are making lots of new red blood cells for rapidly-growing bodies.  After a few weeks it drops to the grown-up's level of about 1%.

Accepted Answer

No: The reticulocyte count is 1 test in evaluation for anemia. A low count does not mean cancer. It may indicate a marrow problem, but may indicate another problem. Please consult with a hematologist if anemia is the problem.

Any symptoms?: Why did you have these tests done? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have helped to have the actual values rather than your interpretation of high and low. It would prudent to discuss it with the doctor who ordered the tests.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Possible UTI: WBC in the urine possibly suggest urinary tract infection..urine culture is needed. The rest of the abnormalities are nonspecific and require thorough exam and to follow the trend and see how they going particually the ALT. Slightly raised co2 is not usually a problem.

Sketchy picture: how is your child doing apart from those figures? can be just common iron deficiency anemia, and how high are the platelets or the WBCs? also common to have some elevations with any concurrent infection. If your child is doing fine otherwise, disregard those numbers and trust your doctor, we treat patients not lab results, best wishes for yourself and your child

Need more tests,,,: This is hard to determine as this is the case of a child. Other tests like a peripheral blood smear might help to find the cause.  It would be best to see the doctor, preferably a pediatrician, for more tests and an exam.  Best of luck.

Reticulocytes are: "young" red blood cells.  They have just emerged from the bm into the circulation.  They tend to be larger and slightly purple on the smear.  A special stain can be done to make them stand out and the lab can count them.  This is usually a sign of a robust production of rbcs and therefore good news.  Especially if the patient is recovering from blood loss or some other marrow insult.

Lots of new reds: If I've had to make more red cells than usual, after a blood donation, or a minor or major bleed, or because I've hemolyzed from running a marathon, or I've destroyed reds from illness, then the reticulocytes will be up. More than 1.5% is worth investigating. Best wishes
