Overall yes : It is always better to interpret results in a clinical context, ie if u are sick or not. Your neutrophils, anc, and WBC look good. To interpret the retic count it would be useful to know the hemoglobin and if there is bleeding or underlying blood disease. Overall your blood work looks good though !
