Still normal range: Low normal means the results are still in the normal range, but tend to fall near the lower end of  a normal curve.

Getting a cold: "colds" are usually caused by viruses, typically spread by inhaling droplets when someone coughs or sneezes, or by touching contaminated surfaces.  While you cannot get a cold only by being out in cold or rainy weather, if someone develops hypothermia due to excessive cold exposure with lowering of core temperature, it might affect their immune system making them more susceptible to infections.

: Hb is in normal range for female and Hct is on the low side of normal range (some laboratories put 35 at the lowest limit)
As a rule of thumb, Hct = Hb x 3 so in this case Hct should be 38.4 but lab results are usually varied.
Female with Hb of 12.8 is not anemic.
For a better assessment we need to know total red blood cell count, the values of MCV, MCH and RDW.

Low Magnesium: Low magnesium (m) levels can cause, muscle spasms, tics, weakness, low calcium and potassium blood levels as well as dangerous cardiac irregular heart rhythms. Patients on diuretics are more apt to develop this problem than those not on them. See your doctor for more advice, or if you have symptoms go to the nearest er for IV m administration.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your result does not necessarily mean that you have immunodeficiency, unless you received pneumovac.

Hypogamma: It means you have a hypogammaglobulinemic condition. Check the other gammaglobulins: g, a, e, d.

Need actual result: If your hemoglobin in normal, it is unlikely that a low MCH is meaningful. However if would be helpful to have the complete result.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, a monocyte count of 156 is not a cause for concern.

Hepatitis B: The presence of He B surface antigen may indicate acute or chronic Hep B infection.  You need to have a more complete panel, with Hep B core antibody and Hep B surface antibody checked.  In chronic infection you would have positive surface antigen and core antibody, but no surface antibody.  You would then need further evaluation, with Hep B viral load, e antigen and antibody, and liver enzymes.
