Low Estrogen: Estrogen levels vary throughout the menstrual cycle. If periods are absent, a good first step is to check for pregnancy, then try Progesterone withdrawal. If a bleed occurs, estrogen is likely ok. If no bleed, FSH levels are checked. If high, consider ovarian failure, if low hypothalamic hypogonadism due to stress, exercise, anorexia, or genetics could be the cause. Bcpills may be advised.

Self esteem: Comes from doing things you're proud of & not distorting or denigrating your accomplishments, abilities & basic human worth.  Help the person be successful.  If the person thinks negatively & distorts or denigrates their accomplishments, abilities or basic worth as a human being, get the person into counseling.  Low self-esteem can lead to depression & self harm.

No problem: Young people have lower blood glucose levels, and the results above are not too low. I would not worry if they are above 60. Important question, why are they being checked? Does he have symptoms or diabetes? If not then i would not be checking blood glucose levels. If he has symptoms that could be hypoglycemia, then a glucose above 60 during symptoms would suggest something else is responsible.

Maybe nothing: if this was tested as part of an immune workup, it could be significant in that teen should have been immunized against these (and/or exposed to these) common bacteria. However, if this result was obtained in a well child where a whole panel of testing was done, this could be insignificant.

Could be due to: age, your partner or just normal aging process. Getting older and maturing might be calming you down. Its very hard to say. People's idea of low and high vary too. What is high for you sex every night? and low is now sex once a week, which might be perfectly normal. Try not to panic and accept yourself for who you are and find a partner who does too. Good luck.
