Low creatinine: can come from a lack or low levels of muscle mass.  Most young children can have this phenomenon without real disease.  Low lipase levels are usually more complicated as it depends on the condition in which blood was taken.  Lipase is a digestive enzyme produced by the pancreas.  Low levels of lipase can indicate cystic fibrosis, where the pancreas is permanently damaged, or chronic pancreatitis.

More than a little: Elevated. Elevations of amylase and lipase are usually due to pancreatic damage, and some times due to intestinal obstruction, renal failure. X-ray is not the most sensitive diagnostic tool for pancreatic lesions. Do you drink; or have gall stones? It would be prudent to consult a gasto-enterologist for a proper workup for your level of enzyme elevations.

Yes: Pancreatitis can be acute and chronic. Acute pancreatitis is life threatening, its major symptom is abdominal pain and will typically present with a very high lipase. Chronic pancreatitis will present with bouts of recurrent abdominal pain and may associate flatulence. Pancreatic insufficiency, specifically lipase, may cause flatulence also. Dietary changes along with enzyme replacement may help.
