: Unfortunately, would ordinarily expect these findings in a much older individual.  Your reported findings are consistent with degenerative disc disease and lumbosacral spondylosis.  Perhaps this all is due to prior trauma??

MRI: Low vitamin D levels can be related to osteoporosis or osteopenia which would cause low bone density. Marrow signal on MRI in relation to trauma or injury can be from trabecular damage, a type of stress fracture often not seen on xray.

i am  24 year old man. i have almond sized lymph nodes all over my body. my cbc levels are just above low in the borderline normal range. mono, ebv, hiv, and many of tests came back negative. should i get a biopsy or bone marrow test? please help.

Biopsy: Please see a specialist who can biopsy the lymph nodes as indicated. The concerns include chronic infection which is untreated or malignancy. 
Other testing may include an immune workup.

what should i do if my tlc level and platelets level is low. i didn't get any chemotherapy nor any congenital bone marrow disease. furthermore i have cough with sputum , fever and body aches. my hb level is normal?

: You said your WBC and Platelet count is low but Hb is OK: we need to know exact numbers because there is a wide range of what is considered normal. So "low" is a relative term.
The most common cause of abnormal test is a lad error, so I would recommend a repeat of your blood counts and send us the exact numbers from both reports.

Low bone marrow: Not sure what you mean by low bone marrow.  Was a bone marrow biopsy performed that shows less than the normal number of cells?  Why was the bone marrow looked at in the first place?  Please ask the question again with more details.

No: Medullary sponge kidney is a very benign condition that does not disturb the function of the kidneys. It is mainly a radiological abnormality and can be associated with kidney stones of small variety usually in the kidney it self visible as small calcifications.
It should not affect your bone marrow in any way.
