It should help: Blood tansfusion should help. However, it will last only for a short period of time. It will be shorter time if you have active bleeding. You should get your  treatment started asap- off course, with the support of blood transfusion and growth support.  Eventually, when the cancer is in better controlled under treatment, your bone marrow hopefully would gradually hwork again.

Low blood counts: I would recommend having some labs done by your doctor.  They can usually tell if low B12 is the real issue.

Sounds bad: High calcium(if confirmed on 2 separate occasions) is usually a sign of serious illness in your person who has spinal bone(?Bone disease). She needs to see a pediatrician or an oncologist right away to find the cause. I hope it is not some sort of cancer causing it.

It : It is important to look at other parameters to determine the reason of your anemia. We usually look at mcv, RDW and MCH to determine what kind of anemia do you have. It is also important to look at the reticulocyte count to determine if your bone marrow is responding appropriately or not. Additionally, it will be helpful to do a blood smear and look at it under the microscope to determine what your red and white blood cells look like. Additionally checking iron level, ferritin level and iron binding capacity to see if you are iron deficient. We also sometimes check for vitamin B12 and folate (folic acid) to make sure they are not deficient. If no clear explanation found, it might be reasonable to do a bone marrow biopsy to rule out any bone marrow failure syndromes.

Maybe not: Iron transfusions will not have as much effect on white blood cells as red blood cells-hemaglobin.If the white blood cells have always been low then that is normal for you.Some races such as africian americans tend to run a lower WBC count.So discuss with your doctor this but sounds at least for the WBC not too much to worry about since always been low.

Depends: If you are dizzy , short of breath or have any symptoms you should go back to the emergency room. If your hemoglobin is normally at 7.5 then it is likely that is why they have not transfused you. I would go back to the emergency room should there be more concern. Good luck.

Possible.: Anemia can make people lightheaded.  Actually losing consciousness would be very unusual unless the anemia was severe and the person did something really strenuous.  More common anemia symptoms are fatigue, feeling cold, mild headache, shortness of breath with exercise, lack of stamina, and generalized weakness.

Usually not: Hemangiomas are benign blood vessel tumors.  Sometimes, if the tumors are quite large, blood platelets can get activated in these tumors and stick to the blood vessel walls.  This can result in a low platelet count.  Platelets are necessary for proper blood clotting.  This problem is called kasabach merritt phenomenon and is actually quite rare.  If it occurs, it could cause a bleening tendency.
