Dr to examine testis: Testicle pain means a trip to the doctor right away because the testicle's blood supply can be twisted off (called torsion). When that happens, the testicle can die. Other causes of testicle pain include trauma, infection, twisting of an appendix of a testicle (a small lump next to a testicle), etc... Since one usually cannot tell if his testicle is twisted, an exam by the doctor is needed.

Back /testicle pain : More information needed to answer this effectively -so in the end, seeing a doctor is best. What can this be? An STD (despite what you reported), varicocele, an infection, kidney stone/infection, nerve problem, compression of the renal vein, clot, testicle issue.

See holistic doc : That's a lot of problems! the testicle pain may be from the varicocele. Back pain could be from stress, herniated disc, low vit d etc. There are many causes of fatigue- nutrient deficiencies, depression, food allergies, toxins, infections etc. Low thyroid could explain many of your symptoms. See a holistic doc to help sort all this out. Exercise, take a good mulitivit, avoid gmo foods, eat vegies.

Kidney problem?: Nerves that supply the kidneys also supply the testicles, and so something affecting the kidneys may cause pain in the back (just below ribs) and also in the testicles. You should get a medical exam and perhaps an ultrasound.

In either case, it would be good to get a 2nd opinion from an osteopathic physician, who can examine your spine, and low back, pelvis, sacrum and see what is going on, and provide treatment.It will be immediate relief, and see what is going on with the testicles after omt(osteopathic tx).
