CT chest: You need to discuss with your physician . I am sure they will discuss this with you. Modules can be anything from being benign to cancerous . Unless the CT is put in a clinical context, it is difficult to answer this question with certainty.

facial paresthesia. partial left arm paresthesia. shooting pains in arms and legs. stiff neck. brain and neck cat showed patchy low attenuation in the trigone region.  pain and numbness have lasted almost 5 weeks now. thank you ?

Neurologist: A neurologist is best to evaluate the white matter changes in your brain and neck ct scans and interpret them in light of your neurological symptoms and examination. A brain MRI may give more information. Concern would be for a condition like multiple sclerosis.

i'm just curious i had covid back in march. within weeks i noticed mild dysphagia(feels like a piece of bread stuck one side) and a nodule on left side of neck/throat within last 4 days. even with a fam history of thyroidism. could covid be the cause?

: Covid could be the cause of an enlarged lymph node, if that is what is causing your symptoms. If this continues, you should see your doctor to have this evaluated. You may need to see GI for the swallowing difficulty. If the lymph node is enlarged from Covid, this should gradually decrease in size. Good luck!

what is a low non- attenuated  nodule on thyroid?

Thyroid nodule: This is not a typical description of a thyroid nodule. I assume this means the nodule is not "cold" on a nuclear thyroid scan. If a nodule takes up less isotope (cold)  or the same (isofuncitonal) as the normal thyroid, this means the nodule has a higher chance of being a cancer. If the nodule takes up more isotope (hotter) than the normal gland, it is almost never a cancer.

Probably normal: This is best discussed with your endocrinologist who can put it in perspective. If necessary you ultrasound and even biopsy can guide your therapy.

Sounds like: a simple cyst and not malignancy but you should undergo aspiration.   If the nodule is benign cyst on cytology of aspirated fluid and nodule resolves, then you should be ok.  Get a consult from endocrinologist to be sure.

TSH : The nodules may be benign but hyper functioning.  A radioactive iodine uptake scan will highlight these nodules. Hyper function would account for low tsh.

Thyroid nodule: Doesn't sound like mold. Check thyoid function and treat if required. Check nodule with ultrasound and may need biopsy. Check and treat low vit d if below 30. Optimal is 40. What is temp with night sweats. Are you having normal periods? What itches?

FNA biopsy: Hi. TSH would be more useful than a T4, but I can surmise it's NOT a hyper functioning nodule from the low T4, and hyper functioning nodules are the only ones at no risk of being cancer. You need a fine needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy with gene testing. Let me guess...that's what your doc told you! She/he is right! Get it done. They're not bad at all ( know it seems creepy!). Odds are in your favor

my tsh levels are normal, my t4 is almost low? what could this mean? i have 3 hyperechoic nodules on a diffused thyroid. size .09 to 1.5 cm.

"almost" low: means normal, so stop worrying about your lab values. Your nodules, on the other hand, need someone to evaluate your clinical parameters and ultrasound carefully and decide whether you need to have a thyroid biopsy.
