Small hematomas: these are small hematoma blood collection. As long as you hidden sites and in different places they won't look that bad. May take about 2 wk for it to go away but with continued use of Lovenox (enoxaparin) it may take longer.

No: and I would ask why you aren't directing this question at the prescribers?  I am sure if you asked your doctor whether it's ok to drink on Warfarin, s/he would tell you NO in no uncertain terms.  Even moderate drinking impairs the metabolism of warfarin, often making you require higher doses, which is if you then lower your drinking may cause a high INR and bleeding risk. It is DANGEROUS. Stop.

Clotting : Lovenox (enoxaparin) is used in pregnancy to reduce the risk of clotting.  If there is a blood disorder that is causing clotting, it can lead to a clot and affect the pregnancy.  Lovenox (enoxaparin) or Enoxaparin is used to try and prevent clotting and allow a normal pregnancy.  Hope this helps.  Usually used in patients with a hereditary defect that leads to clots.
