A member asked:

Im 28. what can i do so that the small purple dots that appear on my abdomen as a result of the lovenox (enoxaparin) injections, disappear? how long to go away?

Small hematomas: these are small hematoma blood collection. As long as you hidden sites and in different places they won't look that bad. May take about 2 wk for it to go away but with continued use of Lovenox (enoxaparin) it may take longer.
