Information: The chid may have a lymphangioma of the lower lip. This is a benign tumor of the lymphatic system. Surgical removal may be appropriate. Consultation is indicated.

Dead skin: The white chunky stuff is basically the equivalent of dead skin, probably caused by an infection. It'll slough off when the infection clears.

Penile lesion: Something resembling loose skin doesn't sound like a busted blood vessel which would be a flat or nonraised spot. You may have to be examined by a physician for diagnosis and advice if the lesion or abnormal area persists.

how can i tighten up loose skin? i had gastric bypass surgery last year and lost 130 pounds. i have lots of loose skin and have not been able to get rid of it. any ideas short of surgery to remove it? exercising has not helped.

Congratulations : Congratulations on your weight loss. There is absolutely no way to address your loose skin without an abdominoplasty surgery (tummy tuck). Exercise may improve muscle tone, but won't do anything for the skin. Anyone who proposes anything else for your degree of weight loss is just stealing your money.

Depends how much: Loose skin in abdomen happens after significant weight loss or after pregnancy in females
it may tighten somewhat with exercise and proper nutrition but if is a rather large, it may need plastic surgery.

Depends: When you lose weight, your skin should shrink with you... It shouldn't lag behind your weight loss.  If after losing your weight you have a significant amount of loose skin, you will likely need some form of skin tightening procedure depending on which areas are bothering you.

Needs to be checked: We can not say what is causing these bumps without looking at it
so i suggest you get it checked by your family doctor to find out what is causing your symptoms
ask your parents to take you to your pediatrician to get it checked.
