Wisdom teeth: Extraction should be done by oral surgeon.  They are better, quicker, and the only dentist who can do IV sedation, so you don't get  novocaine shots. Iv sedation = less pain & faster surgery & less bleeding.   How many novacaine shots? As much as needed. Ouch.

Steroid Psycosis: Sometimes exposure to steroids can cause mental disturbance which can manifest in a variety of ways. The treatment is supportive. The symptoms are time-limited.
The most prominent symptom constellation to appear some time during the course of the illness consisted of emotional lability, anxiety, distractibility, pressured speech, sensory flooding, insomnia, depression, perplexity, agitation, audit.

Facial : Facial numbness can be from many causes like bell's palsy, a complicated migraine headache to a stroke. I don't know your age or your medical history.  Because you are also experiencing disorientation, i recommend that you be evaluated at the emergency room to determine the cause. I wish you well.
