It's unusual, has: Anyone else noticed.  I can't think of a reason for the asymmetry unless u excercise using more of one side thus more muscle tone.  I can't think of a reason why but doesn't sound like a disease.  Gd luck.

: An accurate weight measurements requires checking the same time daily with same amount of clothing. Check consistently like in the morning, use a reliable method to track weight and calorie intake/output, such as a smartphone app. Weight during the day, and throughout the week, will fluctuate. Approximately a deficit of 3500 calories will result in 1 lbs of fat weight loss. Good luck!

First of all: a Complete Physical exam with Complete Blood Count and Urinalysis. Then I would obtain THYROID TESTS (also blood tests for the most part) since this "sound like' your problem! Hope this helps!

I : I would see your doctor for a thorough evaluation.  Unintentional weight loss can and fatigue can be symptoms of cancer and you need to get checked.

Not a good indicator: Losing weight is not one of the common signs of early pregnancy.  In fact, many women have no symptoms at all when they become pregnant.  The best way to know if you're pregnant is with an at home urine pregnancy test.  Symptoms like weight gain, bloating, vaginal bleeding and nausea are very unreliable indicators. Food absorption: You may have an issue with malabsorption. It would be prudent to consult a gastroenterologist.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
