The list of causes is long and range from graves disease ( which is a thyroid disorder that can be associated with eye problems) , multiple sclerosis, to migraine and many other things. : There can be many explanations, including allergies, refractive changes, etc., but by far, most are very benign, controllable, and often fully reversible.  See your doctor, decide if ophthalmologist is needed, and get proactive.  Highly unlikely that you will be "losing my vision."

: Head trauma such as you described will rarely cause serious problems. The skull bones and the fluid surrounding the brain provide a cushion which prevents damage. As with any head trauma, you should watch for headaches, vision/hearing changes, nausea, and palpable movement at the trauma site.
