Whenever you want: You can have a child whenever you want but your modality of delivery may be limited to a repeat C/section. Because of the scarring from the previous surgeries and very few OB MD's are willing to do VBAC(vaginal birth after C/section) these days due to the risk of uterine rupture your choices will be limited.

No: The low lying placenta with the heavy bleeding precludes any form of vaginal delivery as labor will again cause life threatening hemorrhage.

: Walking with gradual increase in time spent and distance covered is a good start.  Reduction of carbohydrates (bread, pasta, sweets, etc.) with emphasis on vegetables, fish, chicken and other protein sources will force internal body reduction of accumulated fat as a calorie source.

Simple concept...: "Dieting" is not needed, as long as the breastfeeding woman eats only as many calories as needed to maintain her normal (pre-pregnant) weight.  For example, if she was 120 pounds before pregnancy and is now 145 pounds, she should eat just enough for a 120 lb woman.  Her 25 lb excess will be gradually used up in the production of breastmilk (25 ounces of breastmilk contains about 500 calories).

Liposuction: is not a good approach to weight loss. It can be used to help sculpt one's figure.
