at night my leg or arm will jerk on its own at least once and sometimes i loose feeling in my arm while asleep, what could cause this?

Accepted Answer

Two problems: Jerks while transitioning from awake to sleep are common and are of no consequence.  Losing sensation or having altered sensation in the arm  is generally due to pressure on the nerves that control your arm.  The location of the tinlging or numbness would help to locate the culprit nerve.

why do i get dizzy and loose feeling in my right leg? happens when i walk and my head is tilting frequently.

Depends: depends on what you mean as dizzy.  There is vertigo, which is spinning sensation, dizziness as in light headed feeling like your going to faint, and unsteadiness when you walk.  I would guess you are describing the latter.  When you can't feel were you are walking due to numbness, it tends to throw your balance off.  Need to find out what is causing numbness in leg.  Pinched nerve?  Neuropathy?

Sleep disorder: You may have a form of sleep disorder such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea, you need to be evaluated by a physician and have a sleep study perhaps.

Nerve problem: Numbness in the heel signifies some type of nerve dysfunction which can have many etiologies: trauma, compression, herniated lumbar disc, metabolic (ex: diabetes), etc.  I recommend an evaluation by a healthcare professional for appropriate work up.

what causes that falling backwards feeling after you take off high heels?

High heels: The strain is taken off of the bottom of the footand there is added pressure from the achilles tendon pulling on the back of the heel.

Go see your doctor: I'm not clear what you mean by "paralysis in heel". If you're describing sudden onset of inability to walk, then you need to call 911 and get to er/stroke center. Stroke acronym is fast (face, arm, speech & time). If any change in face, arm/leg strength and/or speech, then need emergent care as we don't have much time to reverse stroke. If you're describing something else, go see your family doc.

i been feeling a warm sensation in my left heel like an, icy hot cream an it last  just seconds. i never had this feeling before what can be causing?

Nerve compression: Could be a tarsal tunnel, or a baxters nerve compression. See a foot specialist for evaluation.
