Go see your doctor: I'm not clear what you mean by "paralysis in heel". If you're describing sudden onset of inability to walk, then you need to call 911 and get to er/stroke center. Stroke acronym is fast (face, arm, speech & time). If any change in face, arm/leg strength and/or speech, then need emergent care as we don't have much time to reverse stroke. If you're describing something else, go see your family doc.
