See orthodontist : Your teeth should not be loose at your age.  See your orthodontist asap about this.   The orthodontist knows you and your teeth and will be the best one to   answer your question. Be honest about how much you have been wearing your retainer.  It will help them know  why your tooth is loose if they have all the information.

Braces are designed: To correct the orientation of teeth.  Loose teeth are the result of malocclusion or periodontal disease typically.  If the teeth are loose prior to orthodontics due to bone loss, they will be loose following treatment, and can be splinted to decrease the mobility.  In some cases if the malocclusion is corrected and there is no advanced periodontal disease, the mobility will eventually disappear.

It might: When did you have the tooth extracted and the implant placed. If all of that was recently then it should tighten up if the tooth and its supporting tissues are sound. If the loosening of this tooth has started after the implant was restored with a crown then it might have an issue with it.
