Yes : Yes there are option you have.  First and foremost see your dentist and discuss this with them because you will probably need a lot of work done to restore and rebuild all your teeth to their former glory.
 If you want to cosmetically improve the look of your shortened teeth, then you would need to determine how much room you have to place crowns.  If your dentist feels that your bite is too collapsed (biting down farther than it used to due to the wear and tear of your teeth), then most likely you would need to see a specialist to specifically train your mouth to open up wider.  If you were to place larger crowns immediately, it might cause TMJ problems cause your bite would change too dramatically.  Then after opening your bite, you can look into permanent placement of crowns.  You may need to replace all of your teeth with crowns to replace all the wear and tear on your teeth.
 
I don't think bonding would stay but it may make a small cosmetic difference if its done carefully.  It may stay for awhile but its not a long term solution.

Telmisartan: Pharyngitis and angio edema are problems with thelma. Get to your doctor, probably should use something else, unless doctor finds another cause.

Orthopedic Dentist: The cause of grinding is rarely correctly treated.  Most dentist make a bite appliance for you to wear to keep from grinding away the teeth.  This is only treating the symptom and not the cause.   The usual cause is the roof of your mouth (palate) is too narrow in comparison to the lower jaw.  The muscles not finding their home position keep searching = bruxism results.

There : There are many triggers for a bruxism habit ranging from stress to improper bite. Some of these triggers can be "cured" others only controlled.  The most common underlying factor with patients who grind their teeth is stress.  Working to identify and eliminate this stress is a "no cost" way to reduce or eliminate this problem.  If a bite problem is the major underlying factor then a bite splint is commonly the first treatment recommended.

Some patients with this problem will occasionally try a commercial soft mouth guard that is purchased at a sporting goods store.  If you do not see marked positive results in 30 days you should stop using the appliance as it can cause other problems.  I would recommend a full work-up by a TMJ / facial pain specialist if the mouth guard does not work.

No: Anything tiny and non-toxic that is small enough to be ground off a guard by teeth activity, if undigestable, will pass harmless through your GI tract and be eliminated in your stool.  Don't give it  a second thought.
