i have some pain on the left side of my chest.im 37 had a run on sunday and pushed myself to hard i guess.my left arm a bit num as well.

E.R. can evaluate: A person with pains in the chest and left arm can seen by an ER doctor to be evaluated. Pains can come from a heart problem (serious), neck and shoulder muscles, the ribs and their joints, the lungs inside the chest, etc... If one feels his pain is coming from the heart, has a chest tightness, some difficulty breathing, or has past heart disease, he can go to the ER by ambulance if that's fastest.

every time i move my left arm my shoulder makes a sound,  and my upper left arm area feels a bit different compare to my right side. why it that?

I'm assuming: That the left arm pain is related to exercising and not just "out of the blue" left arm pain.  Again, assuming that's true, as long the soreness is mild you could still weight train, just listen to your body.  If whatever exercise you are doing  is really exacerbating your pain, stop.

i had a freckle on my left arm and now its scabbed but the scab has fallen of . when it does it bleeds quiet a bit, is this a problem ?

Bleeding freckle.: A pigmented (darker) skin lesion that is changing, or any skin lesion that does not heal, should be checked by a dermatologist. This could be due to repeated scratching, or may be signa a problem in the skin. Better safe now than sorry later.

i've had bumps that look like pimples on my left arm for a couple of years it doesn't hurt & when in scratch them it just looks like white dots?

Keratosis pilaris: Likely keratosis pillars. It is common. Caused by overproduction of keratin in the skin. Sometimes requires a dermatologist to give medication to treat. Many people tolerate it without needing intervention.
