Continuing meds. OK: As long as you are on a stable dose of Norco, you should be fine.  I  always recommend against drinking alcohol when taking drugs containing acetaminofen. I am surprised it is helping you; I would have tried gabapentin first.

"messed up"?: If you back condition is due to trauma it should improve relatively quickly or needs specific delineation.   You also mention another pain condition (migraine), and maybe a third (dry socket); so, your pain biology may be at issue.  If so, then your path with opiates may be problematic and you should not continue to take more unless you look carefully at your addictcion potential.

Exercise like walking also stimulates the bowels and helps.Very good would be adding acupuncture, meditation, homeopathy and other alt. Therapies to help the constipation , the pain and also the underlying problem.
