Very safe.: Wellbutrin (bupropion) carries no warnings or cautions regarding long term use. Some may monitor kidney function in the elderly. There are cautions regarding seizure risk with initiation or titration of treatment, but this is unlikely unless there is an underlying seizure disorder.

: In the short term a combination of Hydroxyzine and Naproxen  and wellbutrin will not result in any significant side effects. However you need to be careful if you intend ti use it for prolonged periods then there is an additive effect between Hydroxyzine and Wellbutrin. Both medication have sedative effect and result in sleep. That's when its combined use needs to carefully evaluated.

: Use of bupropion in the elderly population will have potential to cause adverse effects while using, but these induced events should mollify in a few weeks after cessation.   Permanent brain damage such as a stroke or persistent chemical alteration has never been convincingly proven.

Speak with your doc: If you were started onWellbutrin to help with smoking cessation or other addictive habits you may need an add on.  If your doctor speaks with you she can help you decide to add another antidepressant or switch it for an other antidepressant.  Each one has different  strengths and your doctor will be familiar with your case and be able to make the best choice or make a referral to another psych.

Get an evaluation: Sounds like you might need another assessment of your symptoms so you can get an accurate diagnosis and treatment. It is not recommended in most cases to take wellbutrin (bupropion) on an as needed basis.

Risky combination: Combining these medications may increase the risk of seizures, which may occur rarely with either medication. my doc has prescribed me 1mg xanax, (alprazolam) 10mg lexapro and just added 150mg wellbutrin xl.  is this allowed? will this cause long term problems?!

Wellbutrin with Lexapro may increase the risk of seizures.
 Using Xanax (alprazolam) with Lexapro may increase dizziness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating.

Perhaps: Have you considered modafanil or xyrem [sodium oxybate]? 
Stimulants like vyvanse work, and perhaps stimulating drugs like wellbutrin (bupropion) .
These drugs are widely considered treatment of choice for narcolepsy. A neurology consult is in order.
