An "abnormal" qtc in males is a qtc above 450 ms, and in females, above 470 ms.[9]

had procainamide challenge to rule out brugada syndrome (history of vtach, family history of sca) negative for brugada but during the challenge, qt interval prolonged to 485 ms from baseline of 435 ms. significant ? could this be genetic long qt?

No.: Lots of reasons to have "long appearing qt" interval. Probably most common is inaccuracy of the machine in measuring the qt.  Please have this verified by a human. 

If verified, start looking at your meds. Medications are a common cause of real qt prolongation.  If not meds, consider referral to cardiology to eval for lqt syndrome.

See below: According to the pdr, there are no specific truly correlated association with long qt and singulair (montelukast).  There anecdotal reports on the internet but no proven correlations that i could find.

QT: Periodic checks of qt interval are prudent with these drugs. When increasing the dose, more frequent. Without long qt the risk is low.

It is most likely: not an accurate interpretation of the EKG especially if it is a computer interpretation. Long QT can be a very serious issue. Certain forms of long QT can trigger life threatening issues with exercise (dancing.) I think you should take the EKG to a qualified health care professional for evaluation so you can be reassured.

Prolonged qt: The most important precaution in the prolonged qt syndrome is to avoid a host of medications and probably some supplements that can precipitate dangerous ventricular cardiac dysrhythmias. Don't take anything without the advice of your pharmacist or cardiologist. I'm not aware of the ambient air playing a role in precipitating a dysrhythmia.

If the air inside: the arena is safe for others it should be safe for you. CO and NO2 should not increase your risks of QT prolongation in the extremely low concentrations present.
