Pain in the back can be l related to abdominal problems but a medical examnination is advised to sort that issue out.

Hello. : Hello. I donâ€™t know what the cause of your fatty liver is. However, a major cause of fatty liver is drinking too much alcohol.  Alcohol use combined with  poor diet, obesity, abnormally high iron levels and hepatitis c can increase the chances of getting fatty liver.  There are also people who have fatty livers who donâ€™t have an illness and who donâ€™t drink.  Some people can develop a fatty liver off drinking really heavily for a weekend, and the fat decreases when they stop drinking. In your case, it would be best to get specific input from your doctor as s/he can put this in the context of your total health picture. Take care.

Anytime you eat or drink something you shouldn't have, you can call the poison control center toll-free for advice. 1-800-222-1222 this is the number even er doctors and pediatricians use for the most up-to-date advice and treatments for ingestions. If you are having trouble breathing or are in severe distress after eating something you shouldn't have, this would be a reason to call 911 and go to the er instead. It's better to be safe than sorry and worth a call to the poison control center.

Back pain: Could be some primary back problem. A medical problem that can cause symptoms like that would be adrenal problems. Any blood pressure problems (typically low), fatigue?

i go to sleep at night no problem. i wake up in the morning having to urinate and it feels as if my left side of my abdomen is full with lower back pain. when i urinate pain goes away. what is it?

See a physician to : R/o two conditions high in my list. Uti and urinary/kidney stones and diabetes (commonly complicating pcos). Does not look like a mechanical low back pain. A better history and physical very important.
