If you have see a sudden appearance of several angiomas and have never had them before, if you have a a sudden increase in the number of angiomas you have, or if you are covered with them, you might want to get you liver checked.

Alcohol and liver: With you history some degree of cirrhosis is likely, but it probably is not severe based on your lab test. I recommend obtaining a liver ultrasound, the best way to assess the liver. A live CAT scan can also be helpful, but if you stop drinking I don't think you need a major workup at this point.
