See a gynecologist: Small pea sized lumps are most likely fatty tissue which is benign or lymph nodes. Only a good physical examination and or us study would be most helpful.

lump on left side of pelvis which feels soft and squishy small and painless but only feel it while i'm standing and not laying. what can it be?

Hernia?: If you are a male it may be a hernia.   The other possibility is a lymph node that is swollen or a skin cyst. Best to be checked by a doctor.

SIJ: 20y female notes unilateral low back pain &amp; movable subcutaneous mass. Absent trauma, these findings suggests sacroiliac joint, SIJ, disorder. Patient has discovered a benign cartilaginous  Schmurls node overlying the discomforted dorsal aspect of her SIJ. Pain generated by a disordered SIJ radiates from low back to the hip. Bite: I suspect an insect bite. In view of the associated pain it could be spider, ant or wasp. Observe for spreading redness which would possibly indicate a secondary bacterial skin infection and this requires an evaluation by a physician. In the meantime, wash it with soap and water and apply an antibacterial ointment. Severe pain often occurs with brown recluse spider bites and these should be treate

Possible scar tissue: A firm, non-tender lump is most likely the result of a small impact injury that caused bruising and possible bleeding in the muscle and has resulted in scar tissue. This should remain the same size or shrink with time, but if it enlarges, it needs evaluation.  If the lump is very small and seems to be at the skin level, is is most likely a benign cyst, and can also be watched.
