See a gynecologist: Small pea sized lumps are most likely fatty tissue which is benign or lymph nodes. Only a good physical examination and or us study would be most helpful.

Family practice : These could be lymph nodes. They enlarge when there is an infection or reaction in your body. Since it is on both sides it hard to say where your infection may be. You need to have your dr check it out.
