Bruising: The bruising is likely due to the recent surgery.  Apply a cold pack to help relieve the swelling.  If you develop pain or difficulty moving the eye, you should be evaluated immediately.

Call the surgeon: It may be infected, you should have it looked at and get it treated.  You may need medication.

? relationship: Usually simple lipoma removals re done under local anesthesia, if this is the case reaction to general anesthesia can be ruled out. Some people can be allergic to local anesthetics, vomiting could be a side effect. For many others, any kind of minor surgical procedures can be a source of elevated concern, so simply the anxiety associated with the procedure could have caused the vomiting.

No problem: A lipoma is a small benign fatty tumor which can be ignored if it doesn't bother you. It has nothing to do with your hair so adding dye is of no concern. Make sure your doctor confirms that it's only a lipoma and not something more serious.

Scalp numbness: Skin nerves can be indirectly or directly affected by surgery. Depending on the location of the surgery (especially along the back of the head near the neck), scalp nervses can become temporarily or permanently numb. It can take some months for sensation to return too. Nerve sensation to the scalp would not be related to hair loss.

Lipoma: Your lipoma must have been large. Its very common to have numbness in that part where the lipoma and the surgery was done. The numbness was due to the superficial nerves that were unavoidably cut in the removal of the lipoma. This will more than likely be permanent.

Atrophy: The midline lipoma probably doesnt warrant any treatment. These are usually incidental findings, but they can be associated with some congenital brain disorders. You basically seem to have less brain in your skull relative to fluid spaces relative to others. Have your doctor review the scan with you.

i have weakness aches, neck/head pain with migraines or severe pressure cant think straight or rest, can this be from 3cm lipoma corpus callosum ?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Lipoma of the corpus callosum is an unlikely diagnosis. It would be prudent to consult a neurologist.
