moveable squishy-like lump on pelvic/pubic region. i have other lipomas and i'm wondering if this is what is it? are moveable lumps not bad? no pain

Mass: Masses can benign (not cancerous) things like lipomas, fibromas, cysts, swollen lymph nodes, etc. it's a good sign that this mass isn't painful and is mobile. Rarely, masses can be something worrisome (cancerous). I'd recommend you get it checked out by your obgyn or PCP because differentiating what it can be is easier by seeing exactly where it is.

i noticed 2 white pimples on the thighs. i about 2 days they burst to give a black skin over it and itch a lot. now they r spreading over pubic region?

Not sure: I suggest you be seen. It may ba a staph infection that is spreading  and it is best to be evaluated.

Thick coarse hairs: How extensive is acne? Ther coukd be underlying hormonal problem if acne is severe. For the ingrowns and acne a topical retinoid cream such as retin a, (tretinoin) differing, altralin can slowly peel the skin and unfold the ingrowns. An alternative is laser hair removal which can remove the problem hairs permanently.

sometimes when i get boner and try to hide by pressing my penis and scrotum between my inner thighs,one of my testicles moves up to the pubic region(where my pubic hair are)and hurtstill i press it with my finger and it goesback toscrotum.isitnormal?

: The testes are highly mobile and can move from below the groin to the bottom of the scrotum. You should wear a good quality , tight but comfortable brief underwear and you will be OK

Nerve endings: These sound like irritable superficial nerve endings located in the pubic area as there are no other obvious abnormalities noted by you in that region. If you wear too tight clothing like jeans,perhaps that is a factor. Just to be thorough, have a physician or your gynecologist examine you if that symptom persists or worsens.

gyn conditions
lower intestinal inflamatory disease.

Can be painful: Untreated bacterial and fungal folliculitis can become a painful problem regardless of location. If this is related to shaving then you should stop until it has been treated and healed. I certainly would suggest you see a doctor to examine this problem.

Yes: Ketaconazole is used for fungus related infections,  If you have problem in the pubic area of similar nature it could be used there also.
