Y : Y es, it is common for us to recommend stopping blood thinner medication before surgery. Your surgeon should have specific recommendations depending on your history.

Safety : Safety is the one of the most important considerations when evaluating patients for plastic surgery.  I do not recommend having surgery while on plavix (clopidogrel).  This will increase the amount of bleeding associated with the surgery.  Just wait until after your cardiologist thinks it is safe to stop the plavix (clopidogrel).

i had cosmetic surgery in mexico, bbl and lipo 360.  the prescription they gave me for pain was hydrocodon,all they have is tramadolbut unfortunatelynone of the pharmacys in matamoros mexico have that kind of pain medication. i need help!  pain meds?

Post-operative pain: Standard of care today is to try to avoid opioids. The situation you find yourself in is not unusual when choosing Medical Tourism. On. this site we cannot change your prescription. You will have to contact your Surgeon for care. Until you manage this conundrum, try 2 200mg Ibuprofen (Advil/Motrin) and 1 375mg Acetaminophen (Tylenol) every 4 hours with food or copious water.

Lipo 6 Black Ultra: Possible lipo 6 black ultra concentrate side effects include headaches, jitteriness, nervousness, irritability, insomnia, indigestion, nausea, dizziness, anxiety, facial flushing, insomnia, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, and an elevated heartbeat. Some others also include heart attack, stroke, renal failure, and kidney damage.

Don't; Probably Bad: We don't know what lipo 6 black does really. Many interactions can occur with prescription meds and these kinds of proprietary blends. The company warns regarding antidepressants (underground.Nutrex.Com/products/lipo6-black.Asp). Moreover, the stimulants can undo the effects of citalopram and alprazolam. It can even even produce a serotonin syndrome (ss) in combination (people have died with ss).

Avoid stimulants: I am not familiar with this drug, but if it is a stimulant as most weight loss drugs are, it could trigger a manic episode if you tooke them, even if you are taking lamotrigine.

Excellent: Pal (power assisted liposuction) has a proven track record.  I use it routinely.  It doesn't cause any tissue burns, like ultrasonic or laser-assisted lipo can, and you can get the fat out smoothly.
But remember, the key to liposuction is not the choice of the right gadget, but the choice of the right surgeon.

Lipo not weight loss: Liposuction is not a weight loss shortcut, but a body shaping procedure for localized areas of fat that don't change with exercise and diet. From what i can tell, the celebs with the greatest bodies work pretty hard.
