I suggest having a surgeon who is board certified in plastic surgery and in asps.

Chin straps are then used to help the skin shrink so it doesn't sag.  These may not be needed in the mid-face.  More often we discourage fat removal in the face since it naturally disappears as one ages.  Fat removal in the face can accelerate aging so be careful!

Fat that is left behind and does not get a blood supply is broken down.  Weight gain after liposuction can cause areas of fat that were not liposuctioned to increase in size--making one think that fat was relocated.

But a qualified surgeon, qualiied anesthesiologist-nurse anesthetist, nursing staff must be in place before you consider an elective surgery. Most of the time, liposuction surgery goes very well and patients are pleased. The contours of our body may be more to your body shape. Please research.
