Tough to say: Most likely, it is what doctors call "post inflammatory hypopigmentation."   sometimes, after a mild skin irritation the pigment does not come back as dark for a few months.  It eventually returns to normal.  Rarer things include vitaligo and leporesy.

my babys left thigh is fatter than the other. she also kicks that leg more than the other. can this be an issue?

Uncertain:  There can be assymetry in people's bodies but if she is obviously  consistently, favoring use of one leg over the other, would discuss with her pediatrican.

: You should have this evaluated by her pediatrician. An x-ray of the affected leg may be needed. Injuries can happen to children that age with relatively minor events so it is important to rule out a structural abnormality. So, see a doctor. Good luck!

Difficult to assess: Difficult to assess without an in person physical exam and a full history. If it is on his thigh near where the vaccines are typically given, it may be a Painless Inflammatory Lump. This lump is harmless and will disappear in about 2 months. Otherwise, it would be good to have a Dr evaluate this.

i was at someones house getting something done & her dog kind of attacked me, im not sure if he bit me or just scratched me but i felt a pinch on my leg, should i worry i contracted rabies? i have a mark it looks very small like i poked myself ?

: There re some unmentioned variables. Is the dog an only inside pet with no exposure to wild animals? Is it properly vaccinated against rabies? Is there rabies in your region ? Local health departments know this. For most domestic pets there is little risk of rabies but some infection risk from the wound.

Edema: Crohn' s disease affects the intestines and doesn't usually cause edema of the legs. However if enough malabsorption or malnutrition causes very low serum albumen,  that is one way edema can develop.
