I was at someones house getting something done & her dog kind of attacked me, im not sure if he bit me or just scratched me but i felt a pinch on my leg, should i worry i contracted rabies? i have a mark it looks very small like i poked myself ?

There re some unmentioned variables. Is the dog an only inside pet with no exposure to wild animals? Is it properly vaccinated against rabies? Is there rabies in your region ? Local health departments know this. For most domestic pets there is little risk of rabies but some infection risk from the wound.
