: No, it does not. If you have biliary colic with gallstones, see a surgeon for removing the gallbladder (cholecystectomy). If you do not have symptom, just leave it alone. Take care.

Not enough info: I was unable to find much information on calamansi juice aside from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calamondin, certainly no randomized controlled trial published in a peer-reviewed journal. No: Nothing has been found to dissolve gallstones. If she doesn't have gallbladder symptoms leave the gallbladder alone. If she has symptoms, the gallbladder should be removed if she is otherwise healthy.

May not be.: Gallbladder (gb) surgery is usually proposed for a poorly functioning gb, ie: lowered ejection fraction, associated with abdomen RUQ pain. A gb "cleanse" may not make any difference; but one could try and see if it works for you.

Doesn't work: This alleged gallstone flush results in the passage of concretions of oil that pass through the GI tract and are excreted in to the toilet, looking like "stones". The only way to actually remove the stones is to surgically remove the gallbladder. We could only wish it were that easy.  Hope this helps!

Safe but won't work: This is an attempted cure but is really  quackery. There is absolutely no proof that this works at all. People will believe they are seeing stones in their stool but this is not true. Regardless, it is safe to try this but it won't work.

The evidence says...: There is no evidence that anything helps prevent gall stones.  However, if you avoid being overweight, avoid drinks high in sugar and fat, and avoid type 2 diabetes, it will help you avoid gall stones.
