Traumatic fibroma: Repeated trauma to the buccal mucosa can result in a reactive change that results in a soft dome shaped tissue mass the same color as the surrounding mucosa. This is known as an irritation fibroma. Treatment is surgical excision. These are benign lesions, but cancers can occur in the mouth from viruses, smoking etc. So have it checked it by an ent/dentist.

Cheek Biting: Good evening;
   Continued biting of the cheek will cause pain, irritation and ulcers; however, cancer will not occur. You may have a very tender cheek, and require oral topical gels. Try to develop a technique  where by you gently pull on you cheek in an outward manner, before bringing your teeth together. 
   Tobacco chewing is entirely different- chewin tobacco may lead to oral carcinoma.

Sort of: Research has shown that regular repetitive irritation anywhere in the body can cause deterioration of tissue integrity, sometimes resulting in cancer.  If you are constantly biting your cheek your cheek may be swollen, or your teeth may be maligned.  Please see your Dentist.

the inside of my cheek is kinda thick. it has gotten a little raised and bumpy. i have been biting and picking in that area . is this cancer or a reaction to my picking?

More likely: Your doing, but stop it, chronic irritation may be associated with cancer development, and the irritant of chewing tobacco may act this way. If it persists and enlarges, see an oral surgeon or ENT doctor.

Good question: Some have theorized that repeated injury to tissues may lead to the development of cancer because of the constant state of cell growth and repair but to my knowledge, there is no well established relationship between the two. If so, i'm in trouble.....

Cheek biting: Remote if at all possible. Try to stop anyway. See your dentist for a routine soft tissues head and neck exam every six months.

Maybe: Black round bump could be a mucosal melanoma inside cheek, a hemangioma or even hematoma if it arise from a bite at that site.  While HPV is frequently involved with oral lesions, they are for the most part squamous Ca's that are ulcerating and not nodular in development.  If resolution doesn't occur will probably need bx.

NO: Oral cancers are associated with smoking, heavy alcohol use and human papilloma virus infection (especially base of tongue and tonsils). Minor trauma such as bites are not associated with cancer. Poor fitting dentures may increase risk but more likely due to trapping substances like tobacco residue.

No it doesn’t : Biting your nails does not cause cancer. 
The confusion may come up when the appearance of your nails after nail biting can appear consistent with some signs of cancer, but no you’re not giving yourself cancer by biting your nails.
