Floater: This is a vitreous floater. Vitreous is a gel in the middle of the eye and tends to liquify and some small areas remain solid and float around in the liquid. This usually is benign. If light streaks or visual loss occur you most see an ophthalmologist to have a retinal exam.

: without exam it is difficult to say. if recent apply mild cream. If not better in a week pl. see your MD

: What you described suggests retinal tear/detachment. It is imperative that he see and ophthalmologist, preferably a retina specialist, at the earliest.

Accepted Answer

Needs evaluation: If it is as you say this could be an embedded piece of metal or other dust that needs to be removed or it could distort a larger area on the eye. HAve him see his doc and s/he can decide if an eye doc should be consulted. I have removed these occasionally with techniques I learned during training.

Skin tag, hemorrhoid: It could be many things-- skin tag, external hemorrhoids, perianal abscess etc. The risk for you to have anal cancer- at your age- is low.  See your md and have it examined, if it bothers you.

for almost one month (started noticing 12/28/22) i have been seeing my pulse in my vision. its like several small gray/translucent black spots that beat with my heart. i do have anxiety and this started right after recovering from covid?

: Your symptom is inexplicable. . If it persists and you are worried pl see an ophthalmologist. I think this is from your anxiety. In the meantime try exercise, music, meditation or some other form of relaxation. Hope you do well.

i had a weird, small, gray pod like structure in my stool. on one side the point was black. otherwise the stool looks normal, but i have had more bloating lately. i also took anti-parasitic medication a few months ago in january. any thoughts?

: You may wish to discuss with your doctor about getting a test for blood in stool. 
In the meantime, start exercising. Begin with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity so that you sweat profusely. It may take a few months for the full effect.  Wish you good health!

No STD: No STD is a likely cause of these symptoms. The only remote possibility might be syphilis, which can cause a wide variety of skin problems, which might on rare occasions affect the lips. But even this seems extremely unlikely. You and your doctor need to look into non-STD explanations for this.

what do you think i have? my scalp looks like the gray patch ringworm at times there has been sores like a rash or a pimple. also, black little nits like a fruit fly maybe? i feel itchy with scalp, hair feels different like it is nappy in spots, also hard

From : From your description, you may have ringworm of the scalp which is actually caused by a fungus, not a worm.  Of course, without examining you and sending cultures, i cannot tell for sure what it is.  A fungal infection of the scalp is more difficult to treat than fungal infections elsewhere.  Treatment usually includes 1-2 months of a prescription oral medication.  You should give your doctor a call and have them take a look at it.  They will hopefully be able to tell exactly what it is so you can get the proper treatment.  Good luck!

i have a tiny, 3mm, black spot on the top of my wrist w/ a little gray in it. since it's so small do i have to have it checked or can it wait?

Depends: If its a new spot or an old spot which is changing colour, change in sensation or change in size or you are concerned then you should see doctor and get dermoscopy.
