Could be : Result of increased intracranial pressure. I would recommend to have a check up with neurologist.  At times signs of increased icp can be seen during the exam - f.E. Papilledema.

Probably not: You are probably experiencing excessive vagal stimulation before and after bowel movements, with is resulting in the dizzyness and lightheadedness. To be on the safe side, you could consider getting an EKG with your doctor, just to be absolutely sure you are not experiencing any irregular heart rhythms.

Diarrhea: Diarrhea orvitting can cause serious dehydration. Sometes oral rehydration is not enough and one may need intravenous fluids. During significant dehydration there is decrease fluid bolume. Upon standing up blood pulls to legs causing decrease flow to brain and can cause lightheadness and fainting episode. Going to er for IV hydration maybe a good idea.

Possible to faint...: It could be due to the pressure built up in your intestines which can elevate your total blood pressure, then your body counteracts this by sending signals which lower your pressure by rebound. Yes, some patients can faint from this but it's rare. Constipation makes this worse, consider that if it's a factor.

Infection : You may have a stomach or bowel infection I would suggest you see a physician and get a definitive diagnosis

I : I recommend going to the er. Concern is that if you haven't had a bowel movement, you could have an ileus (your bowel is sort of asleep).If that is the case, the food and fluids you ingest are not being moved down the GI tract and thus you become bloated and vomit it up. Take care.

See your doctor. : Pain in your stomach coupled with blood in your stool could be serous. I especially don't like that you are light headed and exhausted. You may have lost a lot of blood. Call your doctor or get to an er/urgent care immediate.

If your lower abdomen hurts, that could be your skin, muscles, bladder, uterus, or intestines. If the upper part of your abdomen hurts, it could be acid reflux, pancreatitis, or other problems. See a doctor for an assessment.
