i've had some tingling in my right hand on and off . could back problems be causing this?

Cervical: the cervical area (upper back/neck) are is where the nerves come out from the spine and innervate your upper arms,...so issues in your upper back may cause tingling in your Right hand.  More likely though, it is issues in your wrist area such as carpal tunnel, assuming since the issues are only affecting your hand. See your Dr. for an eval and possibly an EMG to see where the issue is coming from.

Unlikely : That these are connected. While there are some major neurological disorders that are possible, random paresthesias are often insignificant. See your doctor to be sure.

Many things: Many things can cause back discomfort - sometimes a pinched nerve in the spine can cause pain or tingling in the hand but this is very unlikely.  Some patients have success with the spinal manipulation that chiropractors provide and others do not.

i've been getting numbness and tingling in both my hands and fingers recently more these past few weeks. i used to get it before most in mornings, in the day.if i'm using my hands too much.it's everyday now early in morning & my other pains in back?

Carpal tunnel : syndrome, is a condition where the nerves in the arm/wrist area are crowded and compressed. The bones in arm/wrist area, radius and ulna, form a channel for the nerves and blood vessels. Inflammation  or edema can cause enough pressure to impede the function of the nerves. Medications, braces, and surgery are options. See you doctor to get an exam and treatment plan.

my right arm (from shoulder to hands) lost sensation for good 15 minutes in the morning, and tingling feeling started several minutes after and it "came back to life". now it is perfectly normal and feels as if nothing happened. should i be worried?

: For such a short lasting symptom,I'd be thinking of a nonvascular, nondemyelinating neurological issue such as a transient nerve impingement at the cervical ( neck) level. It could have been positional but it becomes a recurring issue, I recommend a consultation with a neurologist. An MRI of your neck may be ordered depending upon the neurologist's assessment.

Neurologist: Recurrent tingling in various parts of the body does suggest some neurologic problem and can be seen in multiple sclerosis for example. See a neurologist who is best qualified to evaluate,advise and treat you.

Urge counseling: Suggest dealing with your anxiety issues head-on, by using cognitive-behavioral therapy.  Biofeedback may be an excellent ancillary process.  You can indeed improve your quality of life by a proactive approach.
