Cervical: the cervical area (upper back/neck) are is where the nerves come out from the spine and innervate your upper arms,...so issues in your upper back may cause tingling in your Right hand. More likely though, it is issues in your wrist area such as carpal tunnel, assuming since the issues are only affecting your hand. See your Dr. for an eval and possibly an EMG to see where the issue is coming from.
