Bleeding: At nine weeks vaginal bleeding could be for various reasons. This can include cervical problem or venous engorgement.  Subchorionic bleeding.  Other issues include possibility of miscarriage. I would let your provider know.

Needs to be checked: Vaginal bleeding at 9 weeks of geatation needs to be checked.Iwill suggest you contact your obstetrician and get it checked.Bleeding after sex is not a normal occurrence as well.

Personal choice: Because of the heavy bleeding of 9 week miscarriages, many will opt for a d and c.  However, you should not wait more than 2 or 3 weeks. Keep in contact with your doctor.

I would suggest doing a vaginal sonogram for reassurance.

Depends: Mild bleeding/spotting in early pregnancy is not uncommon. If the bleeding is severe enough to cause you to change pads or you get cramps, see a doctor.
For the sake of your and your baby's health, you should be under the care of a doctor. If you have not seen one, do it at your earliest.

Hopefully: The way to tell is to do an early OB ultrasound&lt; all of my pts get one so i know their dates are accurate and the baby has a htbeat, can't say the pregnancy is ok until u see the baby inside the uterus with a normal ht rate, so please call your ob.

: If the "four periods" occur at 24-32 day intervals, and no subsequent sexual exposure has occurred since referenced in your question, the chances of pregnancy are minimal, and the "periods" are not related to "first TM bleeding".

First Tri Bleeding: You did not mention if the ultrasound saw just s sac or if it actually also saw a fetus. Beyond that important information is if a heart beat was seen. If no fetus was seen you should get a repeat ultrasound in a week to confirm viability. If the fetus with heart beat was seen then it’s just expectant management with re-evaluation if you bleed heavily again.
