A member asked:

I am 9 weeks pregnant and 3 weekends in a row i experienced spotting/bleeding, also once after intercourse. should i be concerned??

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Mild bleeding/spotting in early pregnancy is not uncommon. If the bleeding is severe enough to cause you to change pads or you get cramps, see a doctor. For the sake of your and your baby's health, you should be under the care of a doctor. If you have not seen one, do it at your earliest. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
