Hopefully: The way to tell is to do an early OB ultrasound< all of my pts get one so i know their dates are accurate and the baby has a htbeat, can't say the pregnancy is ok until u see the baby inside the uterus with a normal ht rate, so please call your ob.

Go To OB: You are way overdue for an OB appointment. You are also missing out on the most important part of an early OB appointment, the ultrasound used for detecting heart activity and dating. You should get to the OB urgently.
